Xtra-Mile, a B2B marketing firm based in Israel and affiliated with ISMG, is still open for business, but the CEO said work is optional for employees right now – they need focus on their families and communities first. Many Israelis are reporting for duty in the armed forces or providing food, transportation and shelter to those in need, she said.

"We will prevail and we will be strong again, and we will learn from the mistakes," Israel said. "We need to re-establish ourselves as the strong country that we are, and we will be able to do so."

In this video interview with Information Security Media Group, Israel discussed:

  • The shock and chaos that ensued the morning of the unprecedented attacks by Hamas - and parallels with the 911 terrorist attacks in the United States;
  • Ways businesses and the community are pulling together to meet the crisis head on;
  • The international community's response and the potential geopolitical ramifications in the region.

Israel founded and leads Xtra-Mile, a B2B life cycle-marketing agency that operates in Israel, Europe and the United States. Part of the Information Security Media Group family, she has 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the hi-tech, IT and medical industries.
